Our burgers are all made on the spot with fresh ground beef. No standard burgers — this is artisan craft in a historic restaurant.

The Burgers

• Bacon Cheeseburger — The classic. Handmade beef burger with ketchup, mustard, little gem, onion, gherkin, tomato, and brioche. Served with gratin.
• Truffle Burger — Our signature burger. Truffle mayo, tomato, gherkin, little gem, red onion, serrano ham, Parmesan, and gratin.
• Spicy Burger — For the adventurous. Beef burger with jalapeño, spicy mayo, and crispy onion.
• Vegan Burger — With tomato relish, cucumber, red onion, tomato, gherkin, guacamole, and fries.

Sides

All burgers are served with gratin or fries. Upgrade your fries with truffle mayo and Parmesan (+).
