Our Steaks
- Tournedos — 160g or 220g beef tenderloin with pepper sauce, gratin, and daily vegetables. The classic choice.
- Rib-Eye — The king's cut. Served with gratin, daily vegetables, and herb butter.
- Steak Tartare — Raw beef tenderloin, tartare sauce, shallot, gherkin, quail egg, and brioche toast. Available as a starter and on the lunch menu.
- Beef Tataki — Briefly seared beef tenderloin with chimichurri. A Japanese-inspired starter.
- Carpaccio — Thin slices of beef tenderloin with rocket, pine nuts, Parmesan, and truffle mayo.
